It’s a big step when you invite a team of builders to take down walls, re-arrange the floor plan and install your brand new kitchen or bathroom. Here’s what you can expect when you work with the Future Trade team.
We’ll turn up when we say we’ll turn up, and we won’t disappear half way through the job. We never take on more projects than we can handle or over-promise what we’ll deliver. We simply make your project our priority.
Our team also takes extra care working around your family’s prized possessions. Carpets will be protected, beds will be wrapped and all appliances will be handled with care. At the end of the job, we’ll clean up thoroughly and leave your place in an immaculate state.

Future Trade is an owner-operated business, established and run by Reuben Shirtcliffe. Reuben is the guy you’ll meet when you first discuss your renovation plans. He’s also the guy who will turn up on the first day of the job, and stay until it’s time to leave.
That’s because Future Trade doesn’t employ project managers. Your home renovation won’t be farmed out to people you’ve never met. The team that takes on the job will be the team that completes it.
A builder since 2003, Reuben served his apprenticeship with a respected residential builder who instilled excellence. After completing his apprenticeship, Reuben worked in a commercial construction firm, during which he learned the requirements of corporate customers. The project management and reporting skills he acquired have stood him in good stead ever since.
